Hunter Bible Church has special relationships with a few organisations who work at proclaiming the gospel in places we can’t go and to people we can’t reach. We love these people!

Ross and Lyndal Webb

With Wycliffe Bible Translators in Sydney

Ross and Lyndal have been involved in Bible translation work in the Pacific region for the past few decades. Epi Island, Vanuatu was the last place they were working before a move to be based in Sydney to be closer to very elderly parents. From Sydney they continue to work with Vanuatu projects on a number of fronts, including translation consulting, and further work on a training program in understanding the Bible for local Vanuatu translation and church leaders. Overseeing the development of Biblical resources in Bislama language (the trade language of Vanuatu that much of the population speaks) under Kokonas Publishing House is a new venture they are just entering into.
